AI Camera Systems is based at Currumbin Waters on the Gold Coast, Queensland. We supply, install, configure and support Dahua AI camera systems for homes and businesses across Australia.
We are not a big corporation and we do not pretend to be. We are a business that cares about doing security installations properly.
How we work
We start with your property, not a product. Before we recommend anything, we want to understand what you are protecting, what worries you and who needs to see the footage.
Then we handle the whole job. That covers site assessment, camera selection, installation, cabling, network configuration, NVR setup, AI detection configuration, DMSS setup, training and support. You deal with us from first call to ongoing help. You can see the steps in how it works.
We stay honest about what the technology can do. Dahua AI features vary depending on the selected camera and recorder, and we tell you what your chosen equipment will and will not detect. Alerts help you notice events. They are not a guarantee, and people still make the decisions.
Why a complete installation matters
Many camera systems disappoint, and the cameras themselves are rarely the reason. The usual causes are poor placement, weak cabling, a badly configured recorder, alerts nobody set up properly, or an app the owner never learned to use.
A complete installation fixes those problems at the source. When the same team plans the cameras, runs the cable, configures the network and recorder, sets up your phone and trains you, the pieces fit together. When something needs changing later, the people helping you already know your system.
That is why our support is part of the service, not an afterthought.
