Remote monitoring. View live cameras and recorded video from your phone or tablet through DMSS, Dahua's mobile security app. We set up remote access securely through DMSS and sensible network configuration.

The detection tools we can set up
What your system can detect depends on the cameras and recorder chosen. These are the main options on compatible systems.
- Human detection identifies people rather than simply detecting movement. It can reduce alerts caused by trees, rain, shadows and animals.
- Vehicle detection can create alerts or searchable events based on vehicle activity.
- Intrusion detection draws a virtual zone in the image, for example to notify you when a person enters an area after business hours.
- Tripwire and line crossing draws a virtual line across an entrance, driveway or gate and notices when a person or vehicle crosses it.
- Intelligent video search helps you locate relevant people, vehicles or events without watching hours of footage. More advanced search depends on the equipment.
Behind these sit the DMSS mobile app, NVR recording and storage and secure remote monitoring.
These tools help you notice and review events. They do not replace your own judgement, and we would never ask you to treat an alert as a certainty.
